Return and Complaint Policy at Body Place Store
- Right of Withdrawal 1.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order. 1.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send us a clear statement by email to info@bodyplacestore.pl. 1.3. Only products in their original, unused condition, in their original packaging, and with intact labels are eligible for return.
- Exceptions to the Right of Return 2.1. Due to the nature of the products sold by Body Place Store, certain items are not eligible for return. This applies particularly to:
- Cosmetics and body care products that have been opened after delivery.
- Underwear and hygiene products for health and hygiene reasons, if their packaging has been opened.
- Dietary supplements and food products that have been opened.
2.2. Products made to order or personalized are also non-returnable unless they are faulty. - Return Process 3.1. After expressing the intention to return, the Customer must send the product to the following address within 14 days of withdrawal from the contract: Body Place, ul. Krucza 51 lok. 131, 00-022 Warsaw. 3.2. The return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless the return is due to our error or a product defect. 3.3. After receiving the return shipment, Body Place Store will assess the product and inform the Customer about the next steps.
- Refunds 4.1. Refunds for returned goods will be made within 14 days from the acceptance of the return and a positive assessment of the product’s condition. 4.2. The refund will be processed using the same payment method the Customer used when placing the order unless the Customer agrees to a different method. 4.3. In the case of a full order return, the Customer will also be refunded the delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from choosing a different delivery method than the cheapest standard option offered by us).
- Product Exchange 5.1. If the Customer wishes to exchange a product, they are asked to contact us before returning the item to ensure the availability of a replacement. 5.2. Exchanges are only possible for unused products with intact labels and packaging.
- Complaints 6.1. If a product defect is found, the Customer has the right to file a complaint within 1 year of the purchase date. 6.2. Complaints should be submitted via email to info@bodyplacestore.pl, including a detailed description of the defect and photographic documentation (if possible). 6.3. The complaint will be processed within 14 days of submission. If the complaint is accepted, the Customer is entitled to a product repair, replacement, or refund.
